    Hello all.

I'm in Utah right now, visiting my wonderful boyfriend Mike. :)  It's been a month since we've been together, so this is fun!

ASU is fun! It's all going well and is extremely easy, but there is a lot of work. However, I do enjoy it. Child Development is such a fun and interesting class. I love it!

Mike and I have had fun this weekend.  On Thursday, we went out to dinner and when we got back, his family threw a little surprise party for me. It was so cute and sweet and fun! Janet even made my favorite type of cake.  Janet bought me one of her favorite books, which I started last night and love already. Its called Peace like a River. I think.  Randy got me a gift certificate to Coldstone. Mmmm. Kenny bought me a gift certificate to Blockbuster.  Christy drew me a picture. So cute. Mike got me coupons, haha. They were adorable. So he "owes" me a 45 minute backrub, which is wonderful. I LOVE his backrubs.  He also owes me an outfit, which we shopped for today, but I found nothing I liked, except very expensive stuff which I refused to let him buy.  He is also going to buy me a band shirt and take me to dinner.  A WONDERFUL birthday present!!!!  I love that his family is so sweet and kind to me.  They make me feel like I'm part of the family already! I feel very at home here. I love it.

My dad is going to interview for a job in Baltimore. I want him to get it because he'd love the job, but at the same time, I want my dad to stay here. Sigh. Whatever happens, I'm sure it will work out. So, he won't actually be here for my birthday. Oh well.  I'm hoping my parents dont get me much, if anything.  I really don't want to be a financial burden on them right now.

Anyways, life is good. I thought I'd let you know that. :)

I hope you all have wonderful weeks.  Thank you for your care and friendship. I appreciate you all and the influence you've had on my life.

Larry, thank you for the birthday wishes. :)

    God bless you all.

  • Guess what?

I'm still alive! I know it's been forever. Sorry. I just wanted to say hi.

Life is great. I start ASU on the 22nd. Sigh. I'm excited and a little nervous, but I don't really want summer to end. My schedules not too bad. Mon, Wed, I have my block class (Eng 101, Edu 220, and some computer class I need) from 9 to 12:50 and Child Development from 1:15 to 2:45. Tues, Thurs I have College Math (Haha, what a joke) from 9 to 10:15. No school on Fridays! Yee Haw! Go Sundevils!

Mike's doing well. He turns 18 on Thursday! Yay! Our nine month anniversary is on Thursday as well. :) :) :) (We made it past the eight month curse! Hooray!) I cannot wait to see Mike again. One more week! Britt's 18th is tomorrow, so happy birthday to him as well!

Well, I have a million things to do, but I will try to update more often!

  • I got my Wisdom Teeth taken out today. OW!

I know Christmas is not about presents, but what did you all get? And how was it? Or, if you don't celebrate Christmas, how are you enjoying the season? I was VERY spoiled this year. I must have been a good girl. :) Mike got me a beautiful white gold bracelet and my favorite perfume. I was shocked! He spent WAY too much on me. I love him so much. :) He's the sweetest guy ever. My parents got me an MP3 player (score!) and an annual pass to Disneyland (double score!!) My mom also got me a couple of sweaters and scarfs which were really cute! I was impressed! My dad gave me $50! :) And Jen, my sis, got me a $30 gift certificate for music downloads for my new toy. :) And brad got me some much needed chapstick. It was a wonderful Christmas. My favorite part was watching my 8 month old niece open the care bears i got her. She LOVED them!!!! It was very exciting to see her reaction. I hope you holidays were wonderful! Have a GREAT new year!

Mike is coming to visit for two weeks on Wednesday. I can't wait. :) Aw, to be in love. :)
